Carla is an Associate in the Corporate/Commercial/Real Estate and Property Departments.

Her work encompasses general real estate, property and construction matters including advising and preparing documentation in relation to property acquisition/disposal; property development; property financing; commercial and residential leases; joint ventures; licenses; estate planning and administration.

She also advises clients on capital gains tax and stamp duty planning as well as general legal and regulatory compliance in relation to various real estate transactions.

She offers expertise to local and foreign clients on business set up and restructuring; establishment of charitable organizations; legal and regulatory compliance of various organizations and has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts.

She has a keen interest in tax law and administration and is currently pursuing a post graduate diploma in tax administration.
