Casimir is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and joins A.F. Gross Advocate as a consultant. He trained at Farrer & Co LLP in London, and qualified into the Disputes and Family Law Departments.

Casimir advises on a significant range of commercial disputes, including commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes and high value debt recovery. He has experience of working on reputation management issues and property disputes. While keen, in the best interests of his clients, to find ways to avoid litigation wherever possible, a majority of his work in the UK was devoted to litigating complex High Court cases.

Casimir also advises on a wide variety of Family Law issues, including divorce and dissolution, separation agreements, nuptial agreements and financial remedy proceedings. His practice also covers private law children matters such as residence, contact and relocation.
