Associate

Irene is an Associate in the Corporate/Commercial/Real Estate and Property Departments.

She has a sound exposure to different areas of law, with a focus on real estate development, company law, corporate and commercial practice.

She prepares and reviews legal documents and offers advice to clients on various corporate and real estate matters including commercial and residential leases, joint venture, licenses and transfer of land transactions, company secretarial services, formation and incorporation of companies and other entities. Over the course of her practice, she has also been involved in energy and aviation (aero-facilities) transactions.

Irene is keen to venture into digital technologies law and intellectual property law practice having successfully completed an online general IP Certification Course from WIPO and is currently enrolled in an online course in Fintech Law and Policy.
