Associate

Samuel is an Associate in the Civil/Commercial/Criminal/Family/Public Law Litigation Department.

His practice entails undertaking Civil, Criminal and Complex Commercial litigation such as Property disputes, Building and Construction disputes and intellectual property infringement.

He also represents clients in contested and non-contested divorce matters, division of matrimonial property, probate and administration of estates, custody of children, Guardianship and Adoption (local and international Adoption). Samuel has also represented clients in disputes relating to International Parental Child Abduction.

In employment matters, his work encompasses advising clients on Labour Laws, fair termination procedures as well as defending and/or prosecuting Labour disputes in the Labour Relation’s Court.

Samuel has a thorough, pragmatic approach and works to achieve commercial outcomes for his clients.
